The Standard exists to transform how hard-training women think about food and their bodies, from how they look to what they can do. We build the knowledge, the confidence, and the community to fuel performance at every level, so no matter what life or training throws at you, you're ready. I'm Mary. Nutrition coach, CrossFit coach, Masters competitor, and founder of The Standard.

I've spent over 20 years in the fitness and nutrition world as a coach, an athlete, and a woman who has lived every version of the struggle you're probably in right now.

In that time I've watched the same thing happen over and over again:

Women who are strong, dedicated, and showing up every single day...completely let down by their nutrition. Not because they're lazy, lack discipline, or don't know the "right" things to do.

But because nobody ever taught them how to eat like the athlete they already are.

They're stuck in all-or-nothing thinking, under-fueling their training, obsessing over how their body looks instead of what it can do, starting over every Monday, and completely exhausted by the effort of it all with no results to show for it.
